Warranty and Returns Details.
In the unlikely event that an item is received as faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period please read the details below on how to proceed.
Any items supplied with a manufacturers warranty will be covered by the manufacturer in the event of any faults developing. Please contact the manufacturer (make a note of the item serial number before calling) and they should be able to issue a repair or replacement under warranty. If, for whatever reason, they are unable to help please let us know and we will deal directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Any items supplied with a Return To Base (RTB) warranty will be covered by ourselves for the stated period only against any faults that develop with the item.
Any faulty / incorrectly described items that do require return will require an RMA (Return Materials Autorisation) number, supplied upon request. If your item(s) require
an RMA number please fill out our 'contact us' form (link above) and put 'RMA request' as the subject. Please also include all product details as well as the item serial number and a description of the fault.
Any returns without a valid RMA number will be refused.
Any faulty / incorrectly advertised items will be replaced / repaired or refunded upon receipt and your shipping costs will be reimbursed upon request up to the value of £10.00. (Please provide us with proof of shipping costs).
Any returned items that do not have a fault or were incorrectly ordered will be subject to a 35% admin and restocking fee (or a minimum of £5.00, whichever is greater), shipping costs will also not be refunded.
