General Information.

 

XPO IT Services Ltd aim to provide an efficient and effective solution for all your discount IT requirements and endeavour to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you feel you have not received the level of service we aim to provide we are more than happy to hear your thoughts.

 

If you have any queries or concerns before or after your purchase please don't hesitate to contact us on the details above or via our custom contact form. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with full email and telephone support during these times, emails are often responded to within 2 hours when possible. Unfortunately we don't currently offer support outside these hours or on public holidays, but please email us or fill out our customer contact form and we will respond to you the following working day.

 

Item Descriptions.

 

The items listed on this site are described to the best of our knowledge. If, for whatever reason, you feel the item is not as described, please contact us. Most photos will be manufacturer supplied photos of the particular item or that of a similar model. Occasionally photos may not represent the actual item being sold, all photos are supplied for illustrational purposes only. If any items being listed are sold as damaged we will try to ensure we include a photo of any defects on the page, and will also state this in the description. If any further information is required on any items please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Payment.

 

Orders placed on the XPO IT website can be paid for with all major Credit / Debit cards or with Paypal or Google Checkout. If you wish to pay by Cheque / Postal Order or Bank Transfer please contact us on the details above and we will be more than happy to accept payment via these alternate methods. There is no surcharge for any payment method used.

 

Please note that payment must be received and cleared in full before your item(s) will be shipped. Any payments received with Paypal eCheque will be required to clear (usually within 10 business days) before the goods are shipped.

 

Shipping.

 

All items under 2KGs in weight will be shipped with Royal Mail on a 1st class recorded service, all items over 2KGs and items with a greater value will be shipped with Business Post on a 1-2 day service. Any items over 40KGs or oversized items will be shipped with UK Pallets on a 2-3 day service.
 
All items are fully insured up to the value of the goods for the delivery prices stated.
 
If you require an item urgently we can offer special delivery / timed or same day services for an additional cost. Please contact us on the details above for a quote.
 
All items are shipped as delivery only as they are held in a secure storage facility which we have limited access to. Shipping prices quoted are for mainland UK only, this does not include the Scottish Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland. All these areas and all other areas outside the UK are subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a shipping quote to these areas. All shipping costs include insurance up to the value of the goods. Any shipping discrepancies must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide a telephone number for all items as the couriers will require this before delivering the item. We aim to ship all items within 2 working days of cleared payment, on rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances  it may be slightly longer. If you have any reason to suspect the item may have been damaged in transit please sign for it as unchecked. Items are not shipped out on weekends or public holiday periods.

 

Returns and RMAs.

 

In the unlikely event that an item is received as faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period please contact us on the details above. Any items supplied with a manufacturers warranty will be covered by the manufacturer in the event of any faults developing. Any items supplied with a Return To Base (RTB) warranty will be covered by ourselves for the stated period only. Any faulty / incorrectly described items that do require return will require an RMA number supplied upon request. Any returns without a valid RMA number will be refused. Any faulty / incorrectly advertised items will be replaced / repaired or refunded upon receipt and your shipping costs will be reimbursed upon request. (Please provide us with proof of shipping costs). Any returned items that do not have a fault or were incorrectly ordered will be subject to a 35% admin and restocking fee (or a minimum of £5.00, whichever is greater), shipping costs will also not be refunded.

 

VAT (Value Added Tax).
 
All prices are shown on XPO IT inclusive and exclusive of VAT. Items shipped outside the E.U. will not be charged VAT. E.U. buyers outside the U.K. with a valid VAT number registered at the delivery address will also not be charged VAT, please let us know your VAT number upon payment. All items are supplied with a VAT receipt.
