Shipping

Shipping information is as follows:

• Pallet shipping for UK mainlands is £55 ex VAT per pallet
• Pallet shipping outside UK Mainland will require a shipping quote
• Shipping for items less than a pallet will be calculated at checkout or you can request a quote

Payments

Payment information is as follows: 

• There is a 2.5% surcharge on any Credit Card payments (4% on AMEX)
• All products to be paid for within 5 days of order placement, no orders will be shipped until full payment is received and cleared.

Warranty

Product warranty is as follows:

• Notification period: 30 days from date of purchase/invoice.
• 30 days return to base warranty on most items.
